How We Can Help You
You can pay City fees and charges at City Hall, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We accept cash, cheques, debit cards, and credit cards (with a 2% fee) in addition to certified cheques or bank drafts when required by the City.
You can also sign-up for the Utility Auto Debit and the Property Tax Prepayment programs to pay your bills automatically.
Financial services prepares your property tax bill and offers several programs to help you pay your tax on time and obtain grants and exemptions.
Financial Services prepares and accepts payment for your quarterly utility bills, which may include charges for water, sewer, garbage and recycling.
