To book one of the facilities below, please complete a booking request form for the specific facility. For more information, please use the contact information listed under the facility.
You are required to complete a Special Event Application Form if your event includes any of the following:
- Attendance of more than 125 people
- Food service such as a BBQ
- Mobile food or merchandise vendors
- Portable washroom rentals
- Amplified sound
- Use or closure of a road (Road Use Permit required)
- Tents, stages, or other structures
- Access to City power or water services
